Kristi Coppa is an author and illustrator who believes every kid deserves a story that feels made just for them. A mom of two, a former oncology nurse, and a kids yoga and mindfulness teacher, Kristi crafts stories and illustrations where kids feel seen, inspired, and free to push boundaries, make mistakes, and embrace what makes them unique.
After a few wild years living with her family in Costa Rica, Kristi has planted roots in the stunning Willamette Valley, where she lives on a vineyard with her husband, her two girls, and two very good dogs. Inspired by a life lived outdoors — from jungle trails to rolling Oregon vineyards — her books reflect a deep belief that childhood should be full of wonder, adventure, and just enough silliness to keep things interesting.
